IDI / TDI

Neotric Insights perceives the necessity for a better sampling and explores the versatility of IDIs to achieve the study’s goal. We keep the research project and PII private when conducting TDIs. We only record the conversation with the consent of respondents. To assist our client in confirming and assessing the accuracy of the interviews, we offer digital audio recordings of all the finished interviews and transcripts as needed.

FGD

At Neotric Insights, we aim to create captivating and enlightening experiences for both our participants and clients during focus groups. We ensure that our FGDs are conducted taking the convenience and availability of the consumers into consideration.

ETHNOGRAPHY

With ethnographic research support, We provide extensive data about consumers, such as their attitudes, demographics, purchasing patterns, cultural influences, daily routines, and how societal structures impact their choices and usage of products. Our research team meticulously observes and analyzes the home environment, engages in meaningful conversations, and attentively listens to gain valuable insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and challenges.

AUDIT

The primary purpose of conducting a Mystery Shopping exercise is to assess the level of service provided to customers or to gather information about different operational aspects in order to enhance the quality of services offered. At GMS, we emphasize the use of the most objective and impartial approach to obtain genuine feedback by acting as actual consumers. Our aim is to provide accurate and unbiased evaluations for the improvement of customer experiences.
